I reckon we've peaked now with these fixed rates, I doubt we will get anything much higher than the ones on the market at the moment.2

All it takes is one or two to offer a higher rate - then the market will follow.

Could maybe be time to lock in a 5yr fix at 5.05%. Looks like the chart topping BLME products have been withdrawn. Whether that's preceding a further increase or to launch a lower rated product I don't know...1

UTB 5 yr is 5.05 not 5.0 as it says on mse. Opened one yesterday will hold off funding it though, got the 5.05 locked in, have 14 days to fund or it gets closed.0
