Virgin offer £100 credit or £70

I signed up through the mse link yesterday. It said I would be getting a £100 credit. 

Got the paperwork through today. It says a £70 credit. Typical virgin trying it on? Or calculated in a weird way?

happened to anyone else ?

Well the difference was £30 for an engineer visit. 

By they waived it, after trying it on for a
few seconds.

Because I’m transferring my number over, they have been told. 

They txt and emailed me telling me when my service was ending. 

It was quite a surprise, and a surprise how quickly it happened.
