How do you get a passenger locator form without an email address?

I’ve tried to find the answer on GOV.UK to no avail but my in laws and a friend are off to Tenerife in March. They are all in their 80s and not very tech savvy and basically have one email address between the three of them. The guidance seems to suggest a unique email address is required to generate each PLF. Is this the case and is there a work around? Thanks

They go in March. I haven’t got enough time to teach my mother in law and her mate how to login and use email. Maybe March 2023…Westin said:Set up a free email account and address for them?0 -
Could you not manage the accounts and forward the forms to the one of them that does have an email account? Or print off the forms and give them to them?SpartanMissile said:

It is ok to use the same e-May address for each form -( don’t create an account ) submit 3 separate forms .
It could get a bit confusing when they get 3 QR codes back - who’s is who’s . Will they be printing these out in Tenerife or will they be using a smart phone to show that they have submitted the forms ?
They’ll also need to do the Spanish health form before they travel - this can be a paper form .

I'd assume that they are going for more than 48 hours and the OP isnt travelling with them... may be going above and beyond to print the forms off and fly to Tenerife to give them to the MiLMaryNB said:

The answer is simple.
Do the forms for them yourself on three seperate email addresses, when the PDFs come through forward them on.0 -
So this is possible? You can reuse the same email address three times? That would be ideal. I think my father in law could just about handle that. He can get the hotel to print them off for him.onashoestring said:It is ok to use the same e-May address for each form -( don’t create an account ) submit 3 separate forms .

Yes definitely is ok - but won’t work if you try to create an account - when it asks do you want to create an account - select No . Then go from there.SpartanMissile said:

They’ll also need to do the Spanish health form before they travel - this can be a paper form .Or as others have suggested it’s probably easier to do it for them and then when completed forward on by e-Mail . You’ll need passport numbers , flight details etc .Have they each got their proof of vaccination printed out or stored electronically?0 -
Yes, thank you. They have letters from their GP. It’s just the PLFs. I’ll take the advice here and do it for them and send them the QR codes to get the hotel to print off. It sounds like the key thing is not to create an account - after that it seems straightforward. Shame the GOV.UK page couldn’t be more clear. Thanks everyoneonashoestring said:
