Premier Park LTD is the Claimant , nothing relevant about budget car park , the land had a landowner and still has a landowner2 -

Whilst you may want to seek legal advice, to put the case on hold you should be telling the PPC you are seeking debt advice.

for so reasons, BWlegal has emailed me saying that this matter for been returned back to their client. initially, they served me a LBC. which I responded, asking them to put the case on hold while I seek debt and legal advice. they emailed me after 30 days saying this.1

Then do as you did before.
Send BWL a letter/email instructing them to put the matter on hold for thirty days while you seek debt advice.
That's exactly what the second post of the NEWBIES thread suggests.1
