I've never heard of a PPC called Budget Car Parks.  Who does BWL show as their client on the Letter of Claim?
The car park is called budget car park, which has been destroyed, however the ppc is Premier Park Limited. Am going to reply the ppc a SAR and then ask bwlegal to place the claim on hold while I seek legal advice.

Yes oh, we are investing in the wrong bank. £40 interest on automatic generated claims.

Correct , if it gives 30 days notice and includes financial forms

Premier Park LTD is the Claimant , nothing relevant about budget car park , the land had a landowner and still has a landowner

Whilst you may want to seek legal advice, to put the case on hold you should be telling the PPC you are seeking debt advice.

for so reasons, BWlegal has emailed me saying that this matter for been returned back to their client. initially, they served me a LBC. which I responded, asking them to put the case on hold while I seek debt and legal advice. they emailed me after 30 days saying this.

I hope we see more of this and the roboclaim legals remove their limpet-like grip on the industry.

Bwlegal has again issued me a Letter of claim for the same PCN, which they wrote to me to say they have returned the PCN claim back to their client. Now they writing me again about taking me to court if I don't pay or respond back within 30days.

Then do as you did before.
Send BWL a letter/email instructing them to put the matter on hold for thirty days while you seek debt advice.

That's exactly what the second post of the NEWBIES thread suggests.
