letter of claim from Bwlegal

Hello, I have just received a letter of claim from BWlegal for a parking ticket from 2018. I was about to follow the advice on the newbies' section which says to contact the PPC directly requesting SARs. I just found out now that this parking company doesn't exist anymore when I type it on google. I also drove past the place yesterday and the car park no longer exists. they are now erecting a structure on the site.
Any advice on what I can do atm?
besides I have got 30days to either respond back to the letter b4 they take me to court.

If the PPC no longer exists it cannot take you to court. Have you looked them up on Companies House?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
