Never give a safe place for a home delivery.
If you are not in & the only delivery proof is just a picture of a parcel outside your front door then complain to retailer as parcel was not safely delivered. Had things just left outside with no knock on my door many times. Had single knock & nip off before I have had chance to answer too. Had items left outside of main building door (am in a flat) and stated online as "handed to resident"! But unless there's proper proof retailers have to take the rap unless you state a safe place.0
