Put a solid gate across the driveway to stop them blowing down the drive.

Find the nearest allotment and ask if they want them collection only.

    I used to get this.
The idea of who owns them is complicated. In theory the owner of the woodland, you can be charged for putting them on the street, but they are not yours.
    Happily no one really cares.
My solution was to put them in black plastic bags and they composted themselves down. Just the thing for my roses.
Agreee take them to the tip garden skip or offer to local allotment/gardening club.
It's quicker and easier than shovelling snow.
At worst time you could get a cheap cover for your car. There are some now that are really easy to throw over and get off.
    What do your neighbours do?
    Any of them gardeners?

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

I would be concerned about the fire risk if the leaves are at that dry papery stage and you parked with a hot exhaust system after a long drive. It is going to be a nuisance but they are going to need clearing on a regular basis.

Leaves blow off trees in Autumn and Winter so are unlikely to be papery dry.  I agree with the suggestions to bag them up and put them in your normal bin.
We have just had one of the sunniest January's on record and where I live only 30mm of rain mostly at the beginning of the month followed by lot's of drying wind so it's perfectly feasible to have tinderbox conditions at this time of year even in northerly parts of the country.

Even with the lack of rain there is a lot of moisture in the air.
