That looks so awkward, the pinch point between the sink unit and the left hand side of the door frame itself looks to be about 50cm. 

Go and knock on the door before you commit to that. 

I couldn't live with two bathrooms and the world's tiniest kitchen.  I'd consider swapping the kitchen and dining room over as well, knocking the wall out between kitchen and dining room. Put the wall back to the front reception.

Thanks @Doozergirl funnily enough when we first bought the house we were going to put the kitchen in the dinning room however decided not too so laid parquet flooring! I'd cry if I had to rip it all back up after spending hours sanding the thing! Lol

We have blocked the wall up already between the living and dining.
Back to the drawing board I think!

Just a quick update, so we decided to go with our plan using different trades people and thankfully everyone managed to get in and do what they had to when they were needed! So we've got rid of the bath and now have a bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate area for utilities with the option to move the back door! 
Hopefully one day we will win the lottery and have a bathroom upstairs but this works for us!
