Cannot get Vodafone Broadband - but my neighbour can.

Hi all. Hope someone an help.
We currently have fibre broadband with SKY getting about 65Mbs - no issue with it, but coming to end of contract and Vodafone have a decent deal.
When I try to sign up, it says that they cannot provide a service to my address. If I use next doors address, (who also are with SKY) it accepts it and gives an option to sign up. We definitely use the same exchange box as them. (we are pretty rural and there is only one box in the area)
Have spent ages on the phone to VF and they are saying there is nothing they can do, and nothing they can help with. Have said it is a problem with the exchange box. I presumed that as I has a fibre connection to the box with sky, it would just be transferred to VF, or is this not how it works?
Can anyone provide any advice please?
*quick edit to say I can progress to the order page of several other providers (just not VF)
Thanks.

Nothing you can do about it, you can't force Vodafone to provide you with a service.0

Sadly Vodafone appear to be very erratic and haphazard when it comes to their address checker AND which addresses on Openreach lines they offer their broadband too.
You will more often than not find that:1. An address that is available with another provider such as BT, or Sky will show up as available one day.2. The same address will appear as not available the next day
3. Even someone who already has Vodafone broadband will not see their address appear as available on Vodafone's own checker.
4. That Vodafone do not provide broadband at addresses that other providers do.
5. That when they have special offers/discounts/sales, that the checker doesn't show the address being available despite the fact it was available before the sale.
This is something out of a potential customer's hands unfortunately. You can see many questions raised about this very matter on Vodafone's own forums and people have moved elsewhere because it's impossible to buy a product if a company isn't offering it. You can try to get another provide to try and match/beat their price though.0
