Can’t see final statementproduced from electric company which has ceased to trade

I was with Peoples Energy for my electricity which has now ceased to trade.  I recently had an email saying my final statement had been produced and to log in and view it.  Unfortunately when I log in to the PE website there is nowhere to view this final statement.  I have an amount I owed them when I left but cannot see what this amount is.  The telephone number the company isnt being answered.  Anyone else had an issue seeing their final PE statement please ,thank you
