Regardless of what you believe, I'm complaining about your obnoxious rude tone. You imply that everyone is having a go at you, yet it seems that you're the one calling people stupid and generally being a c*nt.
Anyway. I don't care. You're arguing for the sake of arguing. No one knows what the future holds. Come back in a years time and say you told us so!0 -

It appears there is a small element of this forum
I guess the fact that you're massively outnumbered on this forum by those who believe the market is turning is just an illusion...
Patronising people with same old "don't buy ipods if you want a house" line doesn't help your cause either. Why don't you just rise above it and stick with a solid argument rather than present yourself as a landlord calling priced out youngters bitter?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
bigjoe, I called him dull. Maybe not flattering but not up there with his personal line of abuse. I have on occasion been over-critical of other posters in the heat of the moment, but have apologised/clarified where appropriate, as those who have disagreed with me will verify. I don't see any apology or clarification of how I could have misinterpreted his remarks coming from his direction, so feel entirely justified in my comments. If you don't like it - tough, mind your own business.
Enough. Back to the the original subject of the thread for anyone still left...
Oh, and Seasons Greetings to you too, Shaz .....0 -
Your hypocrisy astounds me. Look through your own posts above and you will see you are certainly not above personal attacks. Are yours in the spirit of mse or any less irrelevant or dull?
You are obviously so full of your own self-importance that you blatantly tell others not to do what you do on here!
And just because someone disagrees with you does not make them a troll.
Thanks BiGJoe, I know you don't neccessarily agree with my opinions but you are obviously objective, reasonable and intelligent enought to be open to differing views, as I am.
I only wish I had not lowered myself to their level and responded in anyway with abuse and I apoligise to all people who have had to witness the arguments that are continuing on this forum. However, in my defence, if anyone looks through ALL my posts, I didn't respond with abuse at ALL until I was attacked about my posts, my opinions and then personally!
Funnily enough it is not just me who has been subject to the nasty bullying, abusive behaviour of the minority on this forum, and as someone else said not too long ago, I for one can';t believe the forum moderators allow that sort of behaviour, it would not be allowed in the school playground, who on earth do these people think they are!0 -
Ah, so your an idiot then.
Anyone buying at the peak should be sterilised to prevent them passing on the idiocy gene.
The abuse continues, well done!:rotfl:

It just gets worse :rotfl:
How funny that you managed to be Obnoxious, Rude, Stupid and well, I wont lower myself to use such a horrible agressive word as you did against you as I am a nicer person than that, but you kind of defined the word in your above post.
I say once again, look through my posts and prove to me at what point I attacked, I can quite categorically say I was not the first to become abusive!!!!bigjoe, I called him dull. Maybe not flattering but not up there with his personal line of abuse. A nice way of getting that money back is renting your house for the Ryder Cup 2010. Search Google for "Ryder Cup Accommodation" and check out the houses & their rental prices. Some are as high as £25,000 on the website https://www.AccommodationfortheEvent.com/rydercup0

To get back on topid, of course prices are gonig to crash. They ALWAYS crash.
Yes it IS different this time... debts are higher and we don't have north sea oil and gas to bail us out.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

Squatnow you are beginning to annoy me with your generalisations and sweeping statements without an ounce of evidence to support them, you strike me as one of those internet perverts who says things like "What you wearing at the moment?" to unsuspecting msn buddies0 -
NO I meant "taser" rates .. they achieved their purpose.. the stunned victims were reeled in and are only now starting to gain consciousness..
Summary of points? Those for crash? 2/3 correction 1/3tribuo veneratio ut alius quod they mos veneratio vos0
