Hi
i am looking for some help / advice please. I took out a mobile plan with Virgin in Sept 2020. The contract is for 2.5years. At the start of January my handset a iphone 11 pro max died. On taking this to the apple genius i was told the phone had shortcircuted inside and it was a fault with the handset and nothing i had done. I tried many times to contact Virgin both by phone and online chat to be told that my handset was out of warranty and i would need to buy a new handset to ensure i have a phone.

I have done this. However i was advised by apple that it is normally unheard of re a provider not replacing a faulty handset whilst still in contract and of no fault of my own. Any help / advice could be much appreciated as Virgin have been no help at all. Thanks

Just the rubbish that Apple come out with. The warrantee has nothing to do with the contract length.Caggsieshops said:I have done this.
