PCN for entering yellow box in Walthamstow

I have received a PCN for entering a yellow box.  I have looked at the photo's and seen the following:
11.42.21 - I was waiting at the box junction and have not entered the box.  There is a bus in front of me on the other side of the box juction which is right up against the far line of the box.
11.42.27 - photo shows that bus has moved forward but then stopped suddenly. I am unable to view all the traffic ahead as my view is reduced by the bus.  I have entered the box with just my front tyres and then stopped as the bus has stopped suddenly and there not enough room for me to clear the box but I am not blocking the junction and it is still clear for drivers.  
11.42.48 - I am still the same position
11.42.55 - I have cleared the box junction
Do I have any grounds to contest this charge?

As this is council and not private , join pepipoo fightback forums using a non Hotmail email address for sign-up and post in the council section there , after reading the posting requirements for that forum , like attaching pictures etc

There is a big crackdown on box junctions etc in London

The general rule is , do not enter a box junction at all , unless your exit is clear ( so not blocked by a bus or anything )

New guidance was issued recently , a Google search finds plenty of advice about this topic
