I spent £89 on a cashmere jumper in December. After two washes the neck was very slack so I complained via their complaints phone line (a foreign girl but very nice). Remember if the delivery company screws up it is the RETAILER who has to sort it as your contract is with them when purchase takes place. Do not bother trying to contact delivery company with possible exception if you can change day of delivery.
