Hi
I am using Jotform to fill in user data. Based on the questions answered I would like to create a word document that has standard paragraphs and fills the missing info required user details.
I do not mind any other platform, however, the requirement is to use the user data filled via a web form to be converted to Word Document which can later be edited and add further custom information.
Any pointers appreciated.
Thanks and Regards

So you want to do this on the fly? Periodically? What happens to the Word doc? Is it really a Word document with lots of formatting etc or just a text document?
At its most basic level and assuming you are happy not doing it in real time then you can just use Mail Merge to fill in fields in your Word document from a database or extract.
Personally can do it on the fly using similar principle but programming it rather than built in mail merge functionality but sounds like you may not be a hobby coder.0 -

I know python but not sure if I would over complicate things.
I will check if I can import jot form data into Mail Merge or have to use Microsoft Forms for compatibility ( but that would need hosting - ?)

If you are happy doing it manually then get the form data as a spreadsheet and use that as the input for a mailmerge.
If you have access to them then Microsoft Power Automate and similar would probably be able to automate but I'm not too familiar.0
