When you say the boundaries are party walls are you talking about a completely landlocked flat with no garden?  Or exactly what do you mean?
It's a terraced house with a small garden. Party walls on either side of the house and a party wall that separates the property at far the end of the garden. The rear of the property has a party wall that separates it from the property behind it.

So actually you just mean there are walls between your garden and next door's garden?  How have you decided they are party walls?
Because my solicitor previously advised me that 'all boundary structures are party walls' presumably after checking the title deed.

Anyway, they have just clarified that 'Shared' is the correct answer but thanks for your input.

I'd love to know how they reached that conclusion!
