Messed up appeal - Alliance Parking (Parc Tawe)

Think I've messed up the initial step (found this forum too late) and unsure what to do next, as a result.
1 - Received Parking Charge. Car park is free for 3 hours, extendable to 4 hours if you add registration to exemptions list at a retailer (which I did, stayed 3h 41m). This initial letter contained date stamped images of my vehicles arriving and leaving. £100 by 04/02, £170 thereafter or £60 by 25/01
2 - Appealed. Its Alliance Parking, had to tick "I was driver" to continue. And the language of my commentary also states that I was driving, and provided evidence (online tickets) for the attraction we were visiting. Unfortunately I didn't use the standard template here.
3 - appeal rejected, claiming my vehicle is not on the exemptions list. Offer to accept £15 before a certain date.
4 - I have contacted the attraction to ask whether they have any list of registrations available to help, no reply yet.
Since I've not followed the template at the first step, is there any redeeming this situation?

Is the £15 'offer' still on the table?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Get together with other victims, post on Social Media and on the cinema's and other ParcTawe facilities' Facebook pages. Complain to your MP to find out what is up with this horrible firm's keypad.
Expose it in the local paper. What you could all do is pay your £15 in time THEN cause merry hell and expose what's gone on.
Contact Watchdog as well to investigate this bunch - perfect timing with the new statutory Code of Practice imminent in 2022.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
