Morning all
Didn't get to post yesterday as I was busy demolishing a wall
It is a partial wall, we think to an old outside loo, which is about a foot away from the boundary wall with the neighbour's, and we have done half of it now, but been temporarily stopped by rain - boo! It has become dangerous (many of the bricks are loose, and I can just wriggle them free of the others). OH is cleaning up the bricks so they can be reused, and I am picking up the rubble and bagging it as we go. Great fun! Not sure why we haven't removed it before, as it will give me a bit more precious space in the garden.Anyway, damp dog walk has been done, much to Dog's disgust, and I have to work this afternoon, but before that will need to:Use stored hot water from flasks for the washing up (trying to cut down use of dishwasher with 'free' hot water)Usual bathroom and ktichen clean and tidyGet tomato sauce out of the freezer for dinnerCheck fridge to see what needs using or freezingMake sure everything electrical that isn't being used is turned offThe heating is off, as it is still warmish in here from when the stove was alight last nightMaybe make some cakesBetter get on!2 -
It's about a man who cons women out of so much money. one woman kept getting credit cards out in her name as the man claimed gangsters were after him. She owes £250,000 on various cards and loans.jadewest94 said:

Afternoon all
Was babysitting from 9-2, and then fed everyone,so am shattered. I have the washing up of doom to do, plus toys to put away. OH is away for the weekend, so just planning on a snack tonight. Certainly don't feel like cooking!Apart from looking after the kids I have:Walked dog x 2Made cream of celery soup from a bunch of celery that had been lurking about for some time. DD2 and I had some for lunch. Unsuprisingly the kids weren't interested
Little 4 y o GS helped me to clean up the patio a bit after mine and OH's demolition efforts. We have more to do, but it is tidier for now.Charity shop trawl with DD2 and the kids when DD2 got back from work / ferrying GD to her swimming lesson. I got a pair of pillowcases, also bought a top for GD and a couple of other bits for the kids. Bought a few more seed potatoes in Poundstre*cher. Must note spends down before I forget.Better wash up, put toys and stuff away and light the stove as it is starting to get chilly.2
