I do indeed but, somehow, it's just not the same as a TV screen! Thanks anyway for the suggestion. I've often wondered why ITV and the Beeb don't have a dedicated sports channel each instead of disrupting their main channel(s). Not that we watch a great deal on either of them so it hasn't been as bad for us as perhaps it's been for others. In fact, we've probably watched (and enjoyed) some programmes on the other channels that we wouldn't normally watch. And I can always get lost in a book if need be.Katiehound said:Don't forget that you can watch Channel 4 (More4) & ITVHub on the computer- but I'm sure you already know that!
Oh dear Jackie, it isn't looking good for your wool, is it? Fingers crossed indeed.Be kind to others and to yourself too.4 -
You can also get them via Freeview on your tv. Free are the ITV, 4, My5, UKtvplay, CBS catchup. and STV - well they are the ones I bother withYorksLass said:

Re Evri - I had 5 parcels 'go missing' in November when I had the misfortune to use them for Eeebay sales and I suspect this is not an isolated incident. Their complaints procedure is an unfunny joke.2024 Fashion on the Ration - 10/66 coupons used

Strangely enough I had a good experience with them last week, I got the seemingly rare courier that follows written instructions on the door! I think I am lucky locally, was more than a little surprised to find out that Evri is a rebranding of Hermes which I found consistently dreadful.Wraithlady said:Re Evri - I had 5 parcels 'go missing' in November when I had the misfortune to use them for Eeebay sales and I suspect this is not an isolated incident. Weather here in the south is cold but nowhere near as cold as it is elsewhere. The frost has stuck since Thursday so it's been quite pleasant to walk in the patches melted by the sun yesterday. It's now raining heavily so no more frost for a while I suspect. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.6 -
Personally I am sticking to Royal Mail despite the strikes for my ebay sales.

I am rather Ill right now. It’s laying me off work, indeed I am in hospital. As a result of the illness,my job will have to end,and our incomes- wife and me- will decline drastically. Reading on the Old Style MoneySaving will be a great help in the coming time . Thanks.19
