Have you reported this to the ICO?

    Easy to do online.

The fact that the parking firm has deleted the ANPR orphan images that would have proved it was two visits, and deleted 10 out of 11 actions in the 'PCN history' AND didn't update your service address for 3 years. All are appalling data abuse.

And if they hear from the ICO to open a case it might stop a claim altogether.

ICO complaint sent. I assume I don’t need to tell beagle or Premier Park that I’ve complained.

    Nope.

Hope you complained about PP (not the solicitor).  Your complaint was specific to PP's data processing conduct.

I’ve had a letter from BWlegal telling me that they want to work with me and that their client is willing to offer a 40% reduction to £192 but I need to hurry to take advantage of this offer. Strange to offer less than the original 2x£100 PCNs if you can win in court 🤔

on another note any experts have any opinion on the temporary tariff that they added to the sign that I linked to a couple of posts above?

Please show it again as we are on a new page.

Please also show the BW letter.

It's the comparatively low 'discount' offer I'm interested in showing to the DLUHC so I need a whole letter as evidence (cover your ID and claim/refs but do not cover dates).

How have they 'estimated your disposable income'?!!

Where does that supposed contractual sign say you agree to pay £100?

@Coupon-mad I had to re read the letter. I hadn't noticed that first time round. I've certainly not filled any of the form in so they are just sticking their finger in the air. Perhaps i should mail them and ask for a break down of how they have estimated my disposable income.

It is a joke. Just desperation but it proves that there is no basis whatsoever for a debt collector to add money.  This is how it SHOULD be done, at least in terms of the sum of money.

No other industry is allowed to make up a fee and add it on top of an alleged debt owed.

Parking firms have got away with it because it's unregulated 'debt' and falls outside of the FCA.
