    ECP submitted their evidence to Popla. Here is my response...

    The photo evidence submitted by Euro Car Parks corroborates my photo evidence (Please see Fig 1) showing that there is no indication of a maximum stay period at this car park. Therefore, extending the parking session before it expired, should have been possible yet it was not allowed. (Please see Fig 3)
    ECP have set the driver up to fail. They made it impossible to not breach conditions by not allowing extension of the parking session resulting in an overstay.

    They state that we are advised that there are a number of signs around the car park indicating the restrictions of the site and it is the responsibility of the driver to read them when parking. We did read them, there is no mention of a maximum stay on any of their signage.
