Hi so we have a completion date of feb 18th, our current broadband is with ee and i think we are planning to stick with ee but a better deal, how do we inform them of this or what do we say, will they send anyone out ? we need internet connection starting from the day of completion.

On that basis I would plan on a few days of moaning, it is probably unlikely that the you will be able to get the switch on the same day, it relies on too many things going right, it will likely be a day or two.0 -
If the property has a current broadband connection you need to speak to the occupiers to see what their plans are for termination of their service.
If you order without their knowledge they will get a "sorry to hear you are leaving" letter/email and they will tell their current ISP to reject the order and that will further complicate things.0 -
If you can get FTTP, usually there is a 2 week period, but if you take that from today, then that means the 18th is possible if there are open slots for that day.0
