Quick washes don't always mean less power, look in the manual for the power use, using more gas heated water doing them by hand should be cheaper

It's been in service for a maximum of 22 years, so the average annual consumption would be about 2400kWh, i.e. well below average. That assumes it wasn't in storage for a long time after calibration, but that's unlikely. Or about 7000kWh a year, if it has gone right round past 99999 - that seems high as the electric car won't have been around for all that time, but there may previously have been electric heating or an immersion heater.

See whether any cables disappear in an unexpected direction, and see whether there's a strange waccy smell from a neighbouring flat...There was a very similar thread but @Gentlegiant suddenly stopped responding (although still visiting the forum) so we were all left in suspense.1
