How to contact KLM or advice re EMD number

I am trying to contact KLM but cannot reach them by phone despite trying many times and being on hold for very long periods of time without success. I have tried contacting them through messenger and whatsapp without success as you just get the automated BOT that cant assist and a human operator never appears.

They have no email address on the website or anywhere you can use and I cannot see a conventional correspondence address to write to? Even if you try and complain it sends you through a rigid system which doesn't fit anything relevant.

My issue is trying to claim a refund for seat reservations and extra checked baggage, amounting to about £92. The refund form insists on an EMD number, but the EMD number for the flight ticket does not work for the corresponding seat booking and there was no separate EMD number issued for the baggage or seat reservations.

Any ideas?

I see a baggage, Covid and cancelled flight option there, so it may be worth trying to use all 3 and seeing what happens.
