Oh, and while I'm asking for the moon on a stick, could we have a photo of your electricity meter and your fusebox(es)?
    Thankyou for your help

We do have an American style fridge freezer that’s approximately 16 years old, ......................
Disaster. I bet that's costing you £'s a day  Can you empty it by transferring to a standard fridge and freezer - then read your meter and a second reading a week later.
In 2017 that fridge-freezer was only using 2.1kWh/day. That's 2x what a modern one would use but still not 1000/month!

We have gas central heating and everything else is electric, I’ve explained above what we use, I’ve tried lots to reduce it but it just seems to go up! I’m sure we are paying for next door too! 😂.
Many a true word... do the Meter Sanity Test.
Make sure the immersion heater(s) are switched off, and get rid of the electric shower.
We did have someone check and the immersion was on constantly but that was turned off months ago

Thanks for the photo, that fusebox is a bit of an antique!
I can see another white box lurking below it, do you know what that is?
Looking at your meter, is it the same one you had in 2017? You posted some readings then and in Jan 2017 it read 14321, so you've used 57464 kWh in five years :o
The green card behind the meter shows when it weas changed. It looks as though the previous meter had "day" and "night" readings. Do you know if your house previously had storage heaters?

Did you keep investigating and get the power down under 20 KWH a day, Did you replace the flood lights? And are your tv's modern led not plasma? Are all the house lights swapped to led? I don't think the 3 fridge/freezers would use more than 6 kwh/day.

    ....................

Is the loft correctly insulated? It may be time to start internal insulation 1 room at a time.
What is your current daily usage now the water heater is off?

Never rely on others: if they get it wrong, they won't be paying for their mistakes, you will. Start counting those flashes.  800 flashes and you've used 1kWh.

The white box below is an old fuse box, I’ve taken pictures of the box and what it says inside

We have 2 plasma tv’s , we did replace the lights. The house is old, built in 1878, 9’ ceilings and loft conversion as was originally a 2 bed house and it’s cold downstairs, upstairs is normally warm.
