Ultimately the CAA  ATOL team may have to step in if the Travel Trust Association does not deal with claims adequately, it is a statutory scheme at the end of the day. However, the ATOL which Teletext Holidays held was issued under a franchise scheme by TTA not the CAA and part of that scheme means it is up to TTA to administer claims but the implication appears to be that they are not. If this does not resolve itself soon, then by all means contact the CAA at their Westferry, London address.
