Hi all. Just an update. I have informed SP that I will be taking them to court. I have also complained to the DVLA who have hidden behind the BPA. I also went to the BPA and complained, as the notice to owner didn't have a number of items which they should have.
SP have said that they will not offer any thing to stop the claim now, so I'm going to review to take them to court.1 -

I very much doubt that it will be anything in the newbies section. Complaining to TS is another way of causing the PPC aggrravation, it is unlikely thst they have committed any offence under consumer legislation. bmaYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
