Word of Warning: Cancelling a switch to a new provider may still cancel your existing supply.

Switched from Vodafone as they told me it was time to renew when it wasn't, so I cancelled my switch.
Three weeks later, Vodafone cancel my telephone and broadband. They can sign me back up but for some reason my property is no longer able to get the existing connection AND I may lose my telephone number...
***Edit*** I should point out that Vodafone did email saying sorry you are leaving, if you want to stay call us. But as this was after I'd cancelled the Switch I thought i'd done enough.

Did you cancel your switch with the provider you were moving to or with Vodafone? If it was the latter, there's your problem. If it was the former then if it was in the switching window and you're back as you were. Outside of that... you're effectively hybrid.0

Vodafone removed all mention of phone/broadband from my account but the service never actually cancelled. Been trying to get the contract back onto my account since.0
