My broadband provider is plusnet, fibre to the cabinet then copper to my house. I rang BT to enquire about switching my service to them and was told that as my area was ready for fibre to the premises that would be the only service I would get. But I neither need or want fibre to my house, I just wantt to keep my existing line. Are thy correct?
