Thanks all - should have mentioned what was included!!
    • Dealer servicing of the vehicle
    • MOT (after year 3 before vehicle goes back and associated wear and tear work to pass MOT if required)
    • Tyres - premium branded tyres - changed when worn at 2mm (even though legal limit is 1.6mm) tyres done through Kwik Fit
    • Punctures on tyres included* – Kwik Fit will either repair tyre if repairable or replace with premium branded tyre if not repairable
    • Breakdown assistance - national coverage through the AA
    • Brake pads & brake discs
    • Batteries / exhausts replacement caused by fair wear and tear
    • Also includes - wearable items like windscreen wipers / bulbs etc
To be honest I don't see how I will spend £1400 over 3 years on the above.

    Thanks Mark
TBH unless you are doing a lot of miles than most of them will never come into play.
So how many miles a year is the PCP deal for?

Even with all that lot it's still a rip off.
    Hi

Its PHP - 10k miles a year ... I tend to agree with you ... just wanted to make sure I wasn't going nuts!!

    Thanks Mark

For comparison my Volvo service plan was £600 for 5 years, includes Volvo on Call and full breakdown cover.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

  • Ouch that’s expensive, I had just a service package.
My 5 year plan with Peugeot was £900 with 5 years AA but no Mot’s.
    Year 6 -10 is £900, no mot’s or AA.
Ive only done 16k miles, only just replaced tyres £200.

  • Just got a 5 year quote from Hyundai for service and mot. £1297.96 for 5 years

    So 3 years servicing is £600 - then if I get 4 new tyres, that'll be £400 + the MOT at £50 - then I am £350 short ... hmmm
