warm home discount and power suppliers gone in 2021

I have had Warm Home Discount for the last 5 years and have applied for this, this years £140 same as when it started in 2011. But in July 2021 Avro was still my power suppliers so I do not qualify with Scottish Power ( not with them in July 2021) unless GB GOV step in ( or you). I think this will hit hundreds of thousands household this year as so many power suppliers were lost last year. Any help / advice would be good.
