One thing I thought I could but haven’t mentioned is the McD manager saying he could help and how they don’t have ukpc anymore because of the upset to all their customers. Indeed he had 2 pcn himself!1 -

How about this does it make sense?!
3. A McDonalds staff representative gave permission for the Defendants vehicle to be parked, as the driver was a customer, no mention of a time limit and no signage was seen to communicate this. No contract can be deemed agreed. The permission was relied upon in good faith but led to the detriment of the Defendant therefore the Defendant invokes the doctrine of promissory estoppel.
