Landline barring

I've been assessing my options but am finding it difficult to get a single piece of information I need.   My requirement is simply to be able to bar all international outgoing calls.   I've stayed with BT for many years because they offer this facility, but whenever I ask another provider I either get ignored or a negative response.

Does anyone know which, if any, other companies provide this?   To be absolutely clear I am referring only to outgoing international calls.

I believe this is a network offering and should (in theory) work on any BT line regardless of who its with.

Thanks, I appreciate that Neil.   Interesting that I tried contacting Plusnet asking this very question and they didn't respond at all, so I assumed they didn't.
