How does this sound:Ref: xxxxxDear Sir or Madam,I write to you in acknowledgement of your “Letter Before Action” dated XXXX.In light of your intended pursuit of claimed debt I am seeking debt advice, however I deny any and all debt. The case should be put on hold for no less than 30 days under the Practice Direction for Pre-Action for debt claims 4.2.Please not that Subject Access Request (SAR) has been made to your client.SincerelyMr L Hanging Fruit0

Is my draft above sufficient? This should be emailed rather than mailed in post? The LBC does not give any email contact details but I found any enquries@ email address, does this suffice. Looking to avoid possible claim that my response wasn't received.0

Email is the usual contact method these days , unless the claimant expressly forbids it1 -

Is there any recommendation to send a SAR to the debt recovery company, I am aware that these are much like a shell company set up by the parking companies to intimidate. Or given this fact can I expect to receive this data in the original SAR made to the PPC itself?0

Not unless you want copies of all the debt demands to show intimidation and misleading rubbish.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
