Hi over the last couple of months i have been charged twice by the bank for going overdrawn
Today i was on the phone to a woman from the bank and she said it was £4.99 bill from vodafone for administration charges and they did'nt send a letter out to tell me
What could i do?
The first charge was cleared but this one was'nt and now i'm £39 out of pocket

Sorry to hear you have been charged by your bank. I would like to look into this further for you, to do this I will need to have a look at your Vodafone account to see what the charge was in relation to.
If Vodafone have charged you in error then we will refund any bank charges you have inccured due to this.
Please can you contact me via the Vodafone online contact form here. Be sure to fill in all the information it asks for to enable me to access your account without the need for me to ask for more information. If you write the code FIT135 in the body of your email it will come through to my team, please write a brief description of the issue or copy and paste the link to your post here.
In order to process any refunds we will need to see proof of these charges, this can be either a letter from your bank or a copy of your bank statement, so it may be worth having these to hand.
