Global shipping, item received on u.k side but lost in transit abroad and dispute opened

I don't know what my buyer had done to annoy ebay then as ebay made them wait for a few weeks past EDD before refunding, mine was a lot earlier though either late 2020 or early 2021. The Italian INRs were however both closed quite quickly with barely any fuss at all and of course with ebay making a full refund.

If the buyer leaves you feedback referring to the late delivery ebay will remove it. They removed one I received without me even asking

Italian postal system is notorious and one to avoid.

Don’t worry I haven’t shipped direct there for well over 10 years now, it’s an absolute nightmare. I don’t care though if eBay send my items there , they take the loss if they do.
