Parking Fine for Overstay. I Definitely Wasn't There all Day

  • Was it missing one answer or a tick box wasn't ticked?
At first yes, but once I'd got all in order I just kept getting messages saying unable to connect. Thanks for help though, I've sent everything off now, with proof of posting. I don't expect any problems other than they might take weeks to reach a decision. Their cameras are really badly set up though, using existing lamp posts which really aren't in the optimum positions.  Thanks for your input.
  • Update.  My appeal letter was acknowledged within their stated 14 days timeframe. Their Parking Charge Notice clearly states that "Appeal decisions will be completed within 35 days". 40 days have now passed and I've heard nothing. Can I assume that my appeal has been successful, or should I wait for them to send their decision by post?

Making any assumptions in this game is never a good idea.

Is this a BPA or IPC AOS company? Complain to their AOS body that they've failed to respond to an appeal in a timely manner?

Did you check your spam & junk email?

Anyway, if no response, same advice as here:

    Assume nothing, fact check everything.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Appeal successful, notified by letter today.  Thanks for your input folks.
