Received a NTK letter alleging overstay by 15 minutes at MOTO Cheiveley on 3/1/22.
Have complained to MOTO customer services citing rest time needed, used of facilities etc and received a response telling me to email the parking company. Responded to that asking for CEO email address - this was ignored and again referred me to parking company.
Have also appealed to parking company.
Now we wait!

I hope you didn't tell the PPC who was driving? You used the forum 'registered keeper appeal' blue writing template?
This is CP Plus so very easy to beat as long as no appeal says who was driving.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just heard back from the CEO of Moto's office and they have declined to help and referred me back to the parking company 's appeal system.

Quelle surprise from MOTO these days. They used to get them cancelled last year but must have got fed up with the consumer complaints (pesky public!) and seem to have climbed back into the PPC's pocket.
The sensible and reasonable thing for a customer facing service would be to ask the PPC what the heck they are doing to people and why all the sudden complaints? And to recognise that multiple PCNs and suing people is not normal/fair conduct in a civilised society, and it means something is going wrong with the system and signs, not the drivers who are all customers of MOTO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wonder why MOTO have turned yellow bellied and support their parking scammers.
No respect whatsover for customers and you know, cash for favours works in the private sector as well. Maybe MOTO are now taking a share of the scam bounty ...... nothing surprises us nowadays
At least you know that MOTO hate customers and not to visit them again and warn everyone you know that a visit to MOTO is very dangerous and very expensive1 -
Did you email Paul Comer, MOTOs Commercial Manager? That’s where I had a successful outcome and had a PCN cancelled. Also remind them of the countless signs up and down Britain’s motorways stating, TIREDNESS CAN KILL- TAKE A BREAK.1
