@Deb4 I hope you stay with us. Some of us have been around for years, but we always love to welcome new people :)
    Today I have / will:
    Early dog walk
General tidy up, used water from last night's stove kettles, saved in flasks, for the washing up, or at least the first lot of it
Load of washing, now blowing about on the line outside - it should dry a bit, as it is very windy!
Made broccoli and stilton soup from some frozen broccoli and last week's leftover stilton
DD2 and kids came round for lunch, as they usually do on Saturdays. Fed everyone (pasta and mixed veg for the kids, DD had some mushroom quiche and salad from the fridge, and I had soup), then DD took GD for her swimming lesson, and I played with little 4 year old GS until they came back. Then coffee (or juice) and cake before they went home. Lemon drizzle cake was very popular :)
A freecycler came to pick up a small unwanted item :)
    Listed a book on ebay
Heating was on for the little ones while they were here, but off now. It is milder today, if windy. OH will light the stove later when the temperature drops.
Dinner will be the rest of the venison shepherds pie thing I made yesterday (Hugh FW recipe, and really tasty), and there is fruit quiche for afters :)
No money spent, which is just as well after dental bills for 2 weeks running!

I’ve not done a lot today!

    to do

sort through all the house as I’m going to the tip tomorrow
    Hoover the whole house
    mop downstairs and bathroom
pull out the bed and clean under it

most of this doable today as my OH has just gone out for most of the day now so nothing to disturb me!

Morning all, we did our walk we walked 3.34 miles and it took just under an hour and half.

Here's some pictures! As you can see Django is super tired and ready for bed in the last picture!

He is cute and tired @jadewest94 <3
My little horror won't go fast enough (too much sniffing) or far enough to get worn out, and he comes back and starts tearing around the house with his soft toys, with much growling and snarling. Obviously some game / fantasy where he is a fierce hunter instead of a 4.5 kg fluffy :D
Not done much yet as we went to an early morning market. And very cold it was too! Mostly bought bits to sell on, which go through my business accounts. Only purchase for me was a bucket with a lid for 50p :D I have also ordered some seeds and seed potatoes this morning though.
Took dog out when we got back (see above)
I have cleaned the business stock, now need to decide what to take to the shop this week, and what to put away.
Need to fold up the dry washing from the airer and put it in the airing cupboard to finish off
There is broccoli and stilton soup for lunch
Dinner will be a concoction of sausagemeat balls and ratatouille with pasta, that I haven't properly invented yet :D I reckon it sounds tasty though, maybe with grated cheese on top. I am determined to work my way through those freezers!
