Work this afternoon, and my poorly tooth is playing up
Never mind, I have pain killers, and have an appointment with the dentist on Thursday.
Today I have / will:
Dog walk (done)
Hoovered stairs, loads of them!
Wiped down paintwork on stairs
Bit of dusting, but there is plenty more to do
Kitchen clean up, dishwasher on
All the above done
OH has gone to help DD2 with something on her allotment
DD1 phoned, her younger DD has covid, and has been quite poorly She couldn't have the vaccine as she isn't quite 12. Surely it would have made sense to vaccinate all secondary school children rather than miss out at least half of year 7?
Not sure what my poorly tooth would like for lunch - possibly nothing. Maybe I will lose weight
Dinner will be sausages and roasted veg. Not sure if I will be able to eat it, but OH will. Might make some soup.
hey all. I was on the last thread. I got paid yesterday and it's just been a constant flow out of the account! It seems never ending. Need to keep plodding on! tomorrow I am going to: - stick to the meal plan - take lunch into work - sit and post on this forum to stop me spending!!
I have just done out solar panel reading so that might give a little in- not much though I wouldn't have thought!

Went to bed at 7.30 last night, and slept for ages, so must have needed it. Feel a bit better today. I have / will:
Dog walk
Made leek and potato soup from ingredients I already had. Had some for lunch and there will be enough for tomorrow as well I normally put a bit of cream in this, but didn't have any this morning - and it was just as good made with just water and a veggie stock cube. Won't bother again - that will save a few pennies, and calories as well.
Treated walking boots with dubbin
Fridge check before shopping
Shopping after lunch, mainly fresh stuff needed. Added a few tins and dry goods for the food bank trolley.
I still need to make a mushroom flan to use up the rest of the giant 70p box of mushrooms I bought last week (I have the flan case already, made a couple of days ago and kept in a tin). That will do for dinner with some salad and a jacket potato.
Also need to check the banks and update my spreadsheet.

@DawnW I hope your tooth gets better
Busy day so haven't had a chance to check in!
Today I have/will:
- Check banks
- Use up end of shower gel which OH had abandoned in favour of a new bottle (fortunately he's lazy and left the "old" one on the side!)
- Take pooch for morning walk
- Make lunch to take to work plus extra snacks - was so hungry yesterday but fortunately had just enough snacks in my drawer to avoid the shop!
- Transfer my LO squash into my water bottle to take to work rather than waste
- Fill car with LPG on way home from work - last time I tried a kind man had to help me, so fingers crossed this goes better!!!
- Quick walk with pooch
- Dinner from stores - decided to not go shopping just yet to encourage me to shop my cupboards!
- Discuss with OH some bits to sell
- Carry on crocheting gift
I think that's everything for today! Hope you all have a good day.Twigs
