Vodafone Superfast100 Broadband / City Fibre - experiences ?

Hi,
The MSE link to the Vodafone Superfast100 broadband winter sale offer ( ending on the 27th Jan) seems very good, but was always a bit wary of Vodafone from their past reports of poor service across the board.
Looking on Vodafones own forum there seems lots of complaints about failed installation dates compounded by the tie up between Vodafone and City Fibre, though appreciate the bad reports always get most attention.
Would like to hear from folk who have actually had this VF/CF FTTP service and if its was good or bad and also how good has the service been since installation eg lots of outages etc ?
City Fibre has been running in our road for almost a year, though no local first hand reports yet.
