Still waiting for refund

We booked flights with Rayanair on 16th November 2020 . Flights cancelled due to covid . 
We was issued a voucher and use on 1st Feb 21 flights cancelled due to covid .
We are Still waiting on refund.  
Numerous amounts of emails sent by us . 
All they put is apply for refund which we have done so many times . 

No one to speak with you and we are so angry . 

Where can  we go for here please??

    If you paid for the most recent cancelled flight with a voucher then the refund will be in the form of another voucher rather than cash.
    They state the vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue so you will really need to chase them to confirm when the voucher was issued and where they issued it to or at least get the reference details.

    Have you logged on to your Ryanair account to see if the credit or voucher is there?

    Clearly something amiss then if you are not getting a response or a credit.

    For that most recent flight in February last year, was the flight actually cancelled by RyanAir or were you unable to use it due to the pandemic?  

    When did you apply for that refund/credit?

    Which email address have you been corresponding to?

    We have been on their live chat and even they can't seem to find our booking even though we have booking references etcc . 
    All they say is it will be passed on to another department??
