UPS trying to charge me late payment fee

Hi,
Im having the worst experience with UPS!! Ive had an ongoing dispute with them for nearly 2 months.
Anyway... the latest nightmare is Ive just received an invoice from them. The invoice date was 7 days ago. The invoice says they will add an 8% 'late payment fee' for payments after 7 days of the invoice date!!
Is this legal to send an invoice 7 days post invoice date!? They did exactly the same thing with another invoice (which Im disputing), so its obviously a practice of theirs.
Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do about it?
Thanks

The Shipper is withholding all my money until they receive the parcel. The Shipper has said they will refund me my money (once they receive the parcel) minus the UPS fees.

Once the parcel enterS the country the duty is charged regardless if whether it is delivered or returned to the shipper.
The only people who can cancel the charge is HMRC.
UPS cannot cancel it.

That said, I never said they would, I was just making the point that HMRC aren't the only ones who can cancel it (the shipper can also infact tell UPS they will pay, so there are many ways this could be dealt with).

Just reigniting this post....
The parcel was sent back to the sender. The sender then refunded my money minus £50 that they had paid UPS.
I thought this was the end of the matter. However Ive just had an invoice from UPS for £11 for 'Missing/Invalid Account No.' What is this!? Ive contacted UPS and theyve said to contact the seller. Predictably, the seller is not replying to my emails.
