    I've sold a couple of cars to WBAC in the last year or so.

    The first they knocked about £200 off from the offered price for some stone chips.

    The second they actually increased the online offer by £300 as I'd declared scratching to the alloy wheels which the guy just counted as standard wear and tear for the age.


    Possibly the difference is the first car was about 2 years old so would be expected to be pretty much perfect, whereas the second was 13 years old.
