Hi, I have my car insured with the RAC on a Comprehensive Plus policy, and paid extra for a Guaranteed Replacement Car. Thanks for all your comments - update as of this afternoon. The 3rd representative I spoke to agreed that as I had purchased the Guaranteed Replacement Car I am entitled to one for 14 days.

Still doesn't explain why the first two representatives said the opposite.
