For every pound I borrow I have to pay back £1.6 that doesn’t sound too shabby an investment to be honest

I’ve no interest in arguing with you I have other property that I own with a mortgage that I’ve paid the mortgage without fail for four years in terms of evaluating the risk I’ve got a pretty good history beyond a blip that was circumstances beyond my control when I was getting divorced.
I do believe that it’s got harder to get a mortgage in the last two years hopefully I’ll be able to get an expensive one and just suck it up but if not instead of paying a £500 mortgage of which £150 a month will go off the capital, I’ll be paying 900 in rent which apparently I’m entirely welcome to do without question. Whilst my deposit inflates away.    Amazing isnt it

It’s not massively relevant though because it’s on a BTL Mortgage it’s got over 40% loan to value on it and it’s cheaper than your average Car Loan.

Not clear if you are declaring this to your brokers and potential lenders.

    It is relevant to them.

There’s no way is not declaring to lenders or brokers on the basis that it’s on your credit report.

If you are letting them find out that way is could be your problem

It’s not how they find out it’s made very clear from the initial stages although as I said earlier,   I am now concerned that this broker wants me to sign something that I haven’t seen so again it does worry you what the hell is been put in front of the lenders.
