Cannot report posts

Unable to report posts that are discriminatory, defamatory, generally abusive or worse.

All I get is an error, 'name is two bytes too long' after selecting a reason.

Ok so I was able to report my stalker in this thread but this is what I get in another

OP  i got the same  2 bytes  , seems to be tied in with some of your posts .

I see the OP has been through all of their old posts and replaced them with a bit of a rant against the site admins. Quite strange.
