Good evening all,
Unfortunately I have been overpaying my mobile phone contract with EE for nearly 2 years now. The contract was £55 a month for a 24 month plan and handset.
I've been reading online that other providers have agreed to refund customers for the overpayments however EE have apparently refused.
Has anyone had success with this before I ring customer services and ultimately get the dreaded refusal?
Thanks in advance for any help

Under what circumstances have you been overpaying? If it's for continuing to pay after the initial contract ended that's not their fault4

EE send end of contract notifications and give a 10% discount, and if this is still ignored then that's not EEs fault.0

Thanks in advance for any helpSome context needed I think, the other cases you've read may be genuine billing issues. You not noticing for two years you've been overpaying (and that you were out of contract the whole time) is not EE's fault.0
