TalkTalk retention deal..

Currently with TalkTalk. Current deal ending early next month.
Started the switch to Now broadband as they have a 12 month deal of full speed FTTC (Up to 70 meg), line rental and any time calls for £21 / month so just over half the price of TT.
Got a call from the TT retentions team today. They offered me the same deal as Now for £20 / month but for 24 months. Only price increases will be inline with RPI @ 3.4%
I am sure you people may have got a better deal, but you know what, for me, that's a saving of just under 50% so that'll do.

@PsiDOC the TT annual increase is CPI + 3.7% every April, based on the previous December CPI figure.
The April 2022 rise will be 9.1% therefore £20 will become £21.82
( Not RPI and not 3.4% )

There we are then. Still better than the £39 / month I was paying them so I am happy.Near a tree by a river, there's a hole in the ground.
