The joe email address appears to have got me a result. Didn't get an answer but item is now listed as despatched 17th December. Will feedback to confirm if/when it arrives.

i have emailed the lovely joe 11 times today and nothing- both my orders are stilll showing as pending and cant get an answer via telephone either

still no reply and no goods, does anyone know what course of action I can take? Will my bank help as i paid by switch?

At last!! i emailed Joe over 30 times but only when I finally mailed him that I was contacting trading standards and the police did i finally get a phone call. He apologised profusely and is sending both my orders out today- e mailing me the tracking code and adding a ds game by way of apology
He said they couldnt envisage the demand over christmas and have struggled however they will get all orders delivered by christmas guarenteed.

so were agreed that softuk got back to everyone eventually and all orders were fulfilled?

much better service than hmv then who don't bother to reply to anyone and never seem to dispatch anything

well items not here yet so will agree with you when items in my hand, still havent received the promised e mail yet!

well joe came up trumps, my itemas arrived by City Link today, inckuding a free DS game for my stress.
However i WONT be using them again just down to the sheer stress of waiting and the terrible customer services

They should have replied to your email though......
